Cookies

If you send a message via our contact form, your name and email address may be stored in cookies. This is for your convenience so you don’t have to enter this information if you send another message later. These cookies expire after one year.

For contributors or website administrators, when opening the login page, a temporary cookie will be set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser. When logging in to your administration area, cookies will be set to save your login information and screen preferences. The lifetime of a connection cookie is two days, that of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember me”, your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted. If you edit or publish a post, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data. It simply indicates the ID of the publication you just modified. It expires after one day.

Embedded content from other sites

The articles on this website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles…). Content embedded from other sites behaves in the same way as if the visitor were on that other site. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, track your interactions with these embedded contents if you have an account logged on their website.

Use and transmission of your personal data

The data transmitted when sending a message via our contact form will be processed by the HBT Conseil team in order to respond to your request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

If you are a contributor or administrator, when you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

For how long is your data stored?

If you send a message via our contact form, your data (name, e-mail address, content of the message) will be sent to the e-mail box of the HBT Conseil team. It will be stored there for a maximum of two years, unless you request its deletion.

For accounts that register on our site as a contributor or administrator, we store the personal data indicated in their profile. All accounts can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their login). Website managers can also view and modify this information.

Your rights

If you have an account or if you have sent a message via the contact form, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal data we have about you, including those you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not take into account data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes. To do so, send us a message via the contact form.

Where is your data sent?

The data of visitors who have sent a message via the contact form can be checked using an automated service to detect unwanted comments. This service is provided by Google. Google’s privacy policy and terms and conditions apply (see links in footer).
